I have previously used your on line booking system to get an appointment on the day. This has now been stopped and I was waiting on the phone line for 30 min before I was able to make an appointment. As it happens I have an inclusive land line calls otherwise this would have been very expensive, and would be for some of your patient who are even older than me and don't have the inclusive calls facility.
To my mind you have made a detrimental step in your appointments booking. Apart from that, I managed to get an appointment with my chosen GP.
The practice offers an excellent service and is well run. Lucky to have this professional care available in our community.
Dreadful service and repeat prescription process , I want to change surgery .
The care offered by the doctors is second to none. I have always felt listened to and have been referred quickly to specialists when necessary. However the appointment system is making it too difficult to have consistent care with my GP. Routine appointments are no longer available online and booking by telephone is also becoming difficult for a non urgent appointment.I keep getting asked to ring back at 8 each morning but when I work an hours drive away it can mean a 2 hour round trip to see my GP. Again I have nothing but praise for the doctors and nurses who have looked after me.
Extremely difficult to book an appointment. The online appointments are now much scarcer and virtually impossible to book in advance.
